I have heard that even if an order has gone through successfully and is in pending condition that they can say that the item is out of stock or unavailable! They can tell you this DAYS later when you have ordered several other items online that all depend on THAT item! I can't afford for this to happen. I had difficulty ordering my rug. It kept disappearing but it was in my cart on my phone. I finally got the order to go through with PayPal and it looks good but I am holding my breath wondering if the item was ever in stock. Should I worry?

Hi Patti,
I can tell you that I wanted one of their Chaises, it was on sale and was out of stock. So I asked to be notified when they were back in stock & I received the notice about 5 days later! I was impressed, needless to say as I wondered 'if' there really was an on sale chaise. However Patti I found one ON SALE thay I liked even better! When I received it (packaging was amazing) not a mark on the beautiful fabric & I mean beautiful! I am so happy I made this purchase and many others over the last 2 months... shhh but I spent approximately $4,000. Enjoy your shopping and possible purchases! If you have any questions please ask!
