No, they are terrible with returns. I received a wrong item, it's been 3 days and still waiting for the return label. They will not schedule a pick up. I will need to go to the post office to return it. This is ridiculous

Ordered $1450 worth of watches and received the most horrific, unprofessional customer service to where they canceled my order without me knowing and refused my request to speak to their manager regarding their rude, unprofessional customer service. i would like to know who i can contact besides their manager (roee). it seems he is not responding to my emails and phone calls.
