Ordered $1450 worth of watches and received the most horrific, unprofessional customer service to where THEY CANCELED MY ORDER without me knowing and refused my request to speak to their manager regarding their rude, unprofessional customer service. I would like to know who I can contact besides their manager (Roee). It seems he is not responding to my emails and phone calls.

Contact the Better Business Bureau about your ordeal, and let Roee know that you are planning to before you do.
