Carry an extensive selection of products from sooo many brands... so I always find what I'm looking for. And with the discounted prices Jomashop offers, I only pay a fraction of what retail would be... great for when I want to take a chance on a new fragrance that might be a diamond in the rough! Impossible to reach via phone.chat is just a bot so a waste of time.
I tried calling numerous times during their working hours and kept getting disconnected.
What does a guy have to do to try and spend over $3k on one of their watches?
I can't believe they're an ongoing business with that kind of process.
Tells me all I need to know about the business.
I mean, what if I actually bought something and there was an issue?
I can't even reach them just to inquire about a watch.lol

Very bad customer service. No one answer during their working hour, very strange. I haven't received my order for almost three weeks. I am leaving the country soon and need to know when my order will be shipped out, otherwise I need to cancel my order. Jomashop is like a ghost company. The issue is not been solved due to no one respond to my email and phone call.

The customer service is horrible, and they seem unwilling to solve problems. In my case, they had sent me a fake one. So I tried to return it, but they refused to refund it.

Paid extra for express shopping on Joma's website but it was still late.
When I contacted their customer service rep. She said to contact the shipping company.
I asked her to look into for me, she never I did reply back. Had to pay extra huge duty to get in. Canada.
No explanation how duty was calculated.

I bought 2 tissot watches ranging from 400 after tax. However they said my payment has declined and allowed my bank to let it go through. Later that day I check my account and it was shockingly low. I asked them why is my account low and will they give me back the money they double charged. They keep on sending me emails and not willing to help me. I got frustrated and still am. I will keep them though bc they are gifts for my grandparents. If you are willing to spend extra 30 to 50 like on ebay or Amazon or chrono or maybe a different site it would be worth it.

The site is not credible and personnel was very rude and inappropriate with me. Name is Farouk, he didn't give me a chance to talk about my order, and was not helpful and he hung up on me.

The packaging was great and the delivery was fast. I try not to use too much plastic so I was a bit bothered with the extra stickers but I understand some people like it. Maybe this can be an option at check out if they want freebies like that.

I ordered five fragrances, four came in one box and one came separately for some reason. The one that came separately leaks if held upside down and the packaging for both wasn't the best, so minus one star for that. However, it was decently timely in getting to me (make sure the item says in stock or it might come way longer than you want it to) and the prices were very good so I can't complain much.

Purchased a watch that cost over $4000 but returned it as we were told by the manufacturer (OMEGA store) that the watch was not waterproof/defective and would cost hundreds to fix it. Returned the item to Jomashop with the test results as evidence, they still claimed there was nothing wrong with the watch and questioned the methodology as to how OMEGA tested it. We were charged a restocking fee. They did not provide their evidence of the test results so questionable on what basis they claimed the watch was not defective. The unresponsiveness as well the difficulty in making a return, not to mention the lack of integrity is astounding. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Purchase 3 men's watch with big discount (Invicta, CK, and TechnoMarine). My orders arrived to me safe and what is amazing is that they give you timely update. In jomashop, online purchase is hassle free. Definitely, ill order again!

I have bought watches from Jomashop 12 years ago and just recently, perfect service always. Customer service people are great, products top notch. Never had to use the Jomashop warranty but if I had to, I would expect the very same level of service.

Don't shop here! Absolutely the worst customer service I've had yet with a company when purchasing a watch, and a supposed "high value brand new " watch. I was a brand new customer and ordered an invicta automatic watch from them and the issues started from there. The watch never said it was out of stock or back ordered or anything of the sort, I processed to purchase it being told it would ship asap. Only to find out days later it's not even in stock and apparently on back order, who sells stuff like that. Then it finally shows up and the bracelet on it is defective right out of the damn box! It is suppose to fit snug against the watch case and one side is so loose It looks like it's going to fall off and jingles like a damn bell constantly when worn because of it. And you can clearly see in the pictures how the bottom of the case it meets flush with the band and there is no gap, yet the top has a gap wide enough to sit in and rattles incessantly. I promptly contact them after all the bs and I'm told to basically go to hell. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
