Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Jollychic staff and previous consumers.
It is a business located in China. I have bought several clothing items and accessories from them. You should note that the cut is much smaller than the USA, so pay particular to the size chart. The quality is good. My original thought was that if the quality was poor, I'd use it as a pattern, but I was pleasingly surprised and have worn the items several times with no issues. I thought it was a good by for my money. If you want to only support USA designers and manufacturers, this is not one.
They aren't even close to the sizes in the USA. The response I received after weeks of inquiring, was they are made by Asian standards, which are really small. I ordered 3x, 4x, and 5x when I normally wear a 1x or 2x. I read the sizes run small, so I ordered quite a bit bigger. Not one of them fit! And to return, you have to mail back to China, which was over $75 and my total barely was that. So, I am stuck with 3 shirts that might fit if I lose 100 pounds! Buyer beware. You will not be happy and you will not be able to return unless you spend a chunk of money.
No! The sizes are was way off, the quality is beyond cheap, the return policy... Well after you pay the postage to send something back to China, you MAY break even. Don't do it!
READ the reviews! I bought a coat in Sz. Large. It was too small for my 8 yr. Old granddaughter. Not kidding. She couldn't get her arms in it. What they have that's great - is their photography. It makes everything look nice & looks high quality. It's garbage. My granddaughter's doll clothes are better made. Junk junk junk! And, the coat reeked like insecticide. Many other online options like Modcloth.com or go to TJMaxx, Marshalls or Burlington Coat factory.
I wish I would have been warned before I spent over $75 at JollyChic and now can't even return since it costs about the same amount to return. JollyChic offered a $20 credit... not to be returned on my card, but at their site... like I would spend a dime there!
The truth about this site is that is forever 21 quality and the sizes run small (Asian size scale, not American). There's a high chance you'll receive items that have defects, will be too small and/or will not fit like the picture. Shipping can also take a long time.
You may as well find something else to do with it. You stand a better chance of winning the lottery then returning it and getting your money back. I ended up giving my order to a friend's daughters who are in high school and wear a size 4 and the clothes I ordered were 5xl's. If you try to chat them they are unavailable and never respond. If you try to call the number it either goes unanswered or someone will pick up, say nothing then hang up on you. It took me posting a review on here to get any kind of response THREE weeks after posting it. Even then you could tell it was a preformatted response that rang hollow. Even so there is no guarantee you'll get the money back. More then likely you'll end up being out the money AND the merchandise. Cut your losses and take.it as a lesson learned.

Greetings! May I have your order number or your email address in our website?
They are a terrible company. Their products are basically junk, and their customer service is pathetic.
