You may as well find something else to do with it. You stand a better chance of winning the lottery then returning it and getting your money back. I ended up giving my order to a friend's daughters who are in high school and wear a size 4 and the clothes I ordered were 5xl's. If you try to chat them they are unavailable and never respond. If you try to call the number it either goes unanswered or someone will pick up, say nothing then hang up on you. It took me posting a review on here to get any kind of response THREE weeks after posting it. Even then you could tell it was a preformatted response that rang hollow. Even so there is no guarantee you'll get the money back. More then likely you'll end up being out the money AND the merchandise. Cut your losses and take.it as a lesson learned.

It will cost you both arms and legs to return. The cost is astronomical! I purchased a dress for $20+. It looked like a shirt for a petite teen. It was going to cost over $100.00 to send back. They gave me a $10.00 coupon for the grief I shared all over the internet. I can't do anything with a coupon as I don't intend to EVER purchase another item from them~

Forget sending back. It would cost more to send it back. I put in a major complaint and they refunded my money and they told me to keep the items. I sold items online.

I can only echo wht the others have said. This company needs to be shut down! You have to return them to China at YOUR own expense. For me in Canada, that would more then I spent on the things I got. Which nothing fit, and the purse was not anything like the one that I ordered from the site. This is a bad company. No where does it say this is in China, until after you have paid for your order. I lost 90 bucks, which to me is a lot of money, as I live on a very small pension. That money was a gift, And now I have nothing for it. If you go to JollyChicx page on facebook, you can see one blouise how bad the seams are, and even 2 holes under each arm. Terrible. Everyone needs to write to the Better business bureau, or consumer act, whatever is available in your country! Only then something may happen. I have written to both, but don't seem to be gettiing much done. They did say they are going to try to get a shipping label sent to me, so that it pays for the return

HAH! Welcome to the 'I've been taken by JollyChic' club. You have to return things to them in CHINA, which costs a small fortune to do. This company is ripping people off left and right. Why haven't they been shut down from advertising all over the net?! Their products are absolute junk.

As you have to pay to post them back and I gather from other customers it takes forever to get your money back. I gave one to my tiny daughter who is nowhere near a size 36" bust and it fitted her snuggly I might add. The other one is not her cup of tea so am still working out what to do with that one. I will never buy from them again.

You may check their Return Policy on their website but as far as I know, you will be the one who will make arrangements with the courier and shoulder the expenses for the returned items.
