Hello, our ring size is standard, I think it's better to choose size as one ring you already own. Rings with a particularly thick band will feel tighter than a thin band; in these cases, we recommend buying a full size larger than your normal ring size.
Yes without engraving they can arrange for an exchange but Do not take the tag off the ring and they have you send pictures to show the ring is still new

Hello, the final delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time, in general ring's processing time is 3-5 working days, customized ring is 10 workings days, shipping time is 2-4 working days.
If the skulls (or anything on the ring) is black don't do it. The black on my rings started rubbing off within a month and they REFUSE to refund my money. I'm VERY disappointed.
I have ordered to Canada. It takes a little longer than two weeks so don't panic. BUT... I agree with Kathi A's post. Go with another company. The quality is NOT good, and DO NOT EVER expect even "OK" costumer service!
