I am trying to do an exchange, but USPS insists the address I was given for return is not a deliverable address...... Please HELP

I purchased a ring... wrong size took more than a week to get a reply. Was told it would cost $20 plus to return by UPS... but it was $72.00 big difference. Now waiting on someone to send me back proper size. COMMUNICATION IN THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE WORKED ON. 7 emails it took for me to get the address to return. I have tracked parcel it arrived back to JEULIA YESTERDAY... but have heard nothing.

Had same issue. Postmaster confirmed something off w/address. They suggestef I overinsure ot and send. It did arrive and I got a return receipt. Thrse jokers kept asking for a tracking:. I told them they had signed for it 5 days ago. Duh. PS. 3 months ago and still not refunded. Ripoff and POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY
