Hello, our ring size is standard, I think it's better to choose size as one ring you already own. Rings with a particularly thick band will feel tighter than a thin band; in these cases, we recommend buying a full size larger than your normal ring size.

The rings run normal sizing. Unless you're talking about the design of the ring, because the stones are really tiny and not worth the money. I used their "sizing chart" and my ring with 2.5 sizes too big, so I got it resized because they would refuse to exchange it for the right size because I wore it for a few hours after I got engaged so I wouldn't lose it. Then you void the warranty because they didn't resize it themselves, so when your ring breaks in less than 6 months, so are SOL and have to buy a whole new ring because it's impossible to find matching stones anywhere. Best advice, get a ring literally anywhere else. I got a ring set with a wedding band for less than this cheap crap I paid for.

Had the EXACT same issue. I went ahead and ordered the 11 for my wife and when I received it it was bigger than my thumb. I have tried to return it for the right size and have had ZERO success. Stay FAR away from these liars. "Hassle Free"/ Not even close!

DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. We got our ring 3 weeks after ordering. They never refunded our payment for shipping. They will not answer the phone or emails. Customer service is horrible. Buyer beware with Julia.

If I was you I'd be reluctant because the quality is just flat out terrible the sizing is standard US you can find similar if not the exact same rings and jewelry on Ebay look for us-based sellers they tend to back their products up a lot better because the fact of the matter is you're forced to through PayPal and eBay what you'll find on this website his poorly done products the customer service is some of the worst I've ever seen and I've worked in customer service for 20 years they sell them if ever answer the phone and if they do you'll be lucky if you can understand more than a few words they say and it'll be like it's okay it's okay it's a good thing it's good to call you like you keep I'm not kidding you on this I bought a similar ring on eBay for my wife better quality faster ships had no issue with the seller at all and it was cheaper to top it off if you have to send back to Julia they charge you a restocking fee like ten or fifteen dollars no exceptions they will not take it away even if the product is garbage which is what happened in the end of losing ten bucks

My last ring was size 8, so i chose the same size. Now i fit the ring perfectly.

I never got anything from them snd I would highly suggest finding merchandise elsewhere because I dont think they even have rings or jewelry in stock.
