Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from iOffer staff and previous consumers.
Robert-what you must realise is EVERYTHING on ioffers is fake-some is very good and some not so good. It's obvious it's fake-where can you get a Michael Kors handbag for £18 or a pair of mens Dolce & Gabbana jeans for £25. It is what it is-if you don't like it-save up £200 and buy the real thing-cheers-Alan
That is normal 3-4 weeks in about right, plus they just celebrated their New Year's so they were closed for a week
Read my review or read it again. I'm in China right now and I'm here to tell you, this is like Sodom and Gomorrah. There are some great people here, but when it comes to business and any time there's MONEY, unless you are very sharp, stay away. To review your question: That was May when you ordered and this is the first week in September with no product. You paid by check meaning that you have no recourse for getting a refund. Your bank doesn't care and they won't do anything. Based upon those facts, I'd say that payment by check was the price of your tuition in life. Never lend money to anyone without getting lots of collatoral up front first (Think Pawn Shop). Never give money to strangers if they aren't there to give you your product at that same time, and even then, check to make sure it works before the cash actually leaves your hands (this is everyday, common practice in China - where nobody trusts anybody about anything) You are dealing with Chinese and they have a totally different culture and set of ethical standards. It's like a space alien landed in your back yard and started selling you stuff. If you don't understand their rules and how to play by them, you'll get burned every time. I LOVE my Chinese friends and my wife is Chinese; I just know how to swim in shark infested waters without getting eaten alive.
Hi Tina - I had a similar problem with chuanqi88shijie163 (4661) the owner is Guoke Zhang Room 1204 #12 Lane, 718 Puhand Road, Shanghai ph: 18964890217 - I waited 9 weeks then finally received a message saying he had sent the product but the 'problem' was somehow my fault (its likely the product was confiscated by customs); anyway, he has my money and the product. If you must use ioffer and these Chinese thieves, then at least use Paypal. If you use your credit card of Western Union you can be easily cheated by the Chinese. Paypal can get your money back. That is also why I wouldn't trust a vendor who says 'we don't accept Paypal'. I'm afraid you've lost your money - sorry to say.
I have never purchased anything from this site. The time when I tried the price was wrong they came back with a really higher price. I do not purchase from a site that I do not trust.
