If you must use ioffer and these Chinese thieves, then at least use Paypal. If you use your credit card of Western Union you can be easily cheated by the Chinese. Paypal can get your money back. That is also why I wouldn't trust a vendor who says 'we don't accept Paypal'. I'm afraid you've lost your money - sorry to say.

Tina, I am writing this as I sit in my home in China. I am here to tell you that you are having problems because of the fraudulent nature of this web site. Either your sellers have a broken link or Visa isn't allowing the payment to be processed because it's a source of known fraud.

If you need a product, then buy a good quality product. If the price for good quality is beyond your budget but you really want it, then save your money (and time/headache) and wait until you can get an authentic product that has quality construction and will give you the "value" that YOU DESERVE.

Buy from established and reputable businesses. It's cheaper in the long run and less of a hassle.
