I placed an order like 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my order.

That is normal 3-4 weeks in about right, plus they just celebrated their New Year's so they were closed for a week

CONTACT THE SELLER, IF NO RESPONSE YOU CAN GO TO BUYER HELP PAGES & CLICK ON THE PROBLEM. IF YOU STILL HAVE PROBLEMS GO THROUGH YOUR PAY-SITE(IE: PAYPAL, WHATEVER) & FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THEM-MOST ARE GOOD ABOUT REFUNDS OR MOVING THINGS ALONG.
