Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from InboxDollars staff and previous consumers.
Hi Jean! Well, there can be many factors related to crediting and videos in whether or not a member is credited by the Video Provider. If you experience an issue with video on a browser you can try to use another. Always make sure you have all the up to date JavaScript & Adobe Player installed. Some video providers work best on Chrome and less on IE or Firefox. Majority of our member usually use Firefox without incident but again, this can depend on where the feed is coming from with the provider. Susanne S., no information is being obtained on video views about a member and no malfunctions are reported. With over 3 Million Members we have had much success with videos and other features on the site but it sounds like you may not have and for that we do apologize. Linda, each video provider is different and each view can have a different experience while some of the "videos" are actual Website pages/links and not a true video so this is why the agents simply remind members to make sure they are following all the requirements. All videos provided and credited are by the video providers directly. Any link found on InboxDollars is from a third-party and more information can be found in our http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms
Dear Inquirer, InboxDollars has been around for 15 Years and has paid out over 35 Million to it's members to date. We work with third party advertisers to connect members to surveys, videos, radio, Groupon, Shopping, cash tasks, coupons and so much more that allows you to earn. We do have some members who are very active on our site and request monthly payments or some members will take longer - it all depends on how active you are on the site. We have also been nominated for the Inc. Magazines top 5000 companies several years in a row. You can see this and more at corporate.inboxdollars.com/
Dear Susanne, Please note that each account for a member is different and all videos are provided by an advertiser and not by InboxDollars so if you are not eligible to receive videos due to terms, requirements, demographics or other reason than this would be determined on a case by case basis. Mobile Video inventory is different than Desktop availability. Advertisers have no access to your earnings amount so regardless of the amount listed in your earnings this would not determine activities available to you as a member. Members are always able to obtain their earnings if following the terms and have an active account at the time payment requests are made. We have paid out as per our terms on active accounts over 35 million dollars to members in 15 years. Sherri - if you cannot see any videos please contact LiveChat and ask for your account to be reviewed by the resolution team and they can review further for you.
Any member can join InboxDollars from anywhere in the world however, Non US members are only eligible to earn via Cash Games and Cash Search feature. Payments when you reach a minimum of $30.00 is sent US Mail in Check form.
No, if you just want gift cards. If you do have PayPal you can have it deposited there. Or request a check and when you get it, you can take a picture of it and deposit to PayPal.
Yes, you can now begin requesting as little as $10 for Amazon, PayPal and a couple others, you still must have at least $30 to request a check though but past $30 is no limit but please do note that if you reach the tax threshold (I think it's $400, it is reported to the IRS, they have information for it somewhere).
Surveys are tricky on ANY survey site. If one does not see the "CONGRATULATIONS YOU JUST EARNED..." after completing the survey, chances are, one did NOT complete the survey. Furthermore, one can be NEARLY complete and have the survey close before completion. Through no fault of one's own, after qualifying for a survey and answering survey questions for any number of minutes, someone ELSE will complete the survey and be the last person needed for the survey's quota, causing all CURRENT survey takers to be kicked off the survey without reward. As unfair as this practice is, it is completely commonplace in the survey world. The other person answering your question made some good points too. Being offered $0.48 and receiving $0.48 are two completely different things. One must complete the survey entirely. After which, the reward is usually instantaneous. If you feel you completed the survey (without pause, without refreshing one's screen, without hitting one's back button) and received confirmation that you did complete the survey; but, did NOT get your reward; well then, by all means, submit a ticket to InboxDollars. They WILL make it right, or, at least, inform you of what you did wrong.
Usually get credit right away sometimes depending on the offer it may pend a week up to a month but I always got my credit
