Surveys are tricky on ANY survey site. If one does not see the "CONGRATULATIONS YOU JUST EARNED..." after completing the survey, chances are, one did NOT complete the survey. Furthermore, one can be NEARLY complete and have the survey close before completion. Through no fault of one's own, after qualifying for a survey and answering survey questions for any number of minutes, someone ELSE will complete the survey and be the last person needed for the survey's quota, causing all CURRENT survey takers to be kicked off the survey without reward. As unfair as this practice is, it is completely commonplace in the survey world. The other person answering your question made some good points too. Being offered $0.48 and receiving $0.48 are two completely different things. One must complete the survey entirely. After which, the reward is usually instantaneous. If you feel you completed the survey (without pause, without refreshing one's screen, without hitting one's back button) and received confirmation that you did complete the survey; but, did NOT get your reward; well then, by all means, submit a ticket to InboxDollars. They WILL make it right, or, at least, inform you of what you did wrong.

Sometimes the last few questions are important and will decide whether or not you will qualify for the survey. Also make sure you follow what it says at the end. If you press the back button or exit any time, you won't qualify for the reward. You will just have to try again and luckily there are more you can choose from.
