Dear iherb, my purchase is £7.35 + hermes shipping to the uk is £7.63. altogether it's £14.98. would i have to pay taxes (import duty, vat)? thanks.

Dear Valued Customer, When selecting the carrier, it will clearly state that customs duties and fees are included in the price. However, if it does not clearly state such, it is likely that such fees may be asked by the local government prior to them releasing the package. Hopefully we have helped!

Dear Valued Customer, Unfortunately, we cannot accept home phone numbers due to security concerns. Home phone numbers can be replicated much more easily and cell # numbers offer more issues for criminals trying to conduct cyber crime. Unfortunately, we cannot delve too much into the difference and benefits as that would defeat the purpose of the security measure. However, customers can place orders by logging in using their Facebook and/or Google accounts. We wish you and your loved ones the best of health during these times!
