My account says temporarily suspended. how do i get it unsuspended? it keeps telling me to sub a ticket, but i have been submitting tickets.

Answer:

Get mad. Anger is a gift. My account has been "Temporarily" suspended since February 25th, and I am in the same boat. Been submitting trouble tickets every day, Yesterday I filed complaints with the BBB and the FCC, and I intend to put this sham company on blast on the internet every chance I get. If they get enough complaints in the right places and enough bad press, I figure they will have to act on the trouble tickets that they have been intentionally ignoring or they will eventually lose their contracts and have to shut down. Get mad, unite with the rest of your people, and take action.
