I ordered a product with free s/h and ended up returning it within 10 days. i was sent a bill for late payments for something i do not have plus now you want s/h charges. is this right? How long does it take to refund the money for a cancelled order? How long does it take to refund the money for a cancelled order?

Answer:

I cancelled my order online at one time and they refunded the money within 24 hours to my bank. Otherwise I would suggest you call Customer Service for further details. As far as I know I never had any problems with HSN.

Question:

I order a prepay phone from hsn. my computer has not working. i order the phone over my home phone. i received the phone from hsn, no problem. my other cell phone was still working til the middle of oct. so i did not activate the new phone. all the paper work i receive with the new phone, didn't give me a time limit to activate. it was till i try activating the phone that i found out that i lost the year contract and the 1200 min. that came with the new phone. i got my computer fix and back online in oct. as well. i call hsn and talk to a person they and they said there was nothing they could do. she gave another phone number to call. i called that number about 5 time, someone would answer and hangup. all i would like is to get the year contract and the 1200 mins. that they said i would get on tv. oh and on tv as far as i can remember, they did say anything about a time limit. They tell u how long u hv to activate that phone! It's called 'pay attention'. I've been with them over 15 yrs. I do a lot of shopping online. Can't beat the returns or customer service. Watch ur items for 30 day price decrease. They refund the difference! I hv a blast getting $$ back.

Shipping Problems are completely different from selling shoddy merchandize!
