I have not been successful in returning. I shipped the board back USPS to the Lynbrook address and also the one in shipping label in box. I got a couple random emails asking for a picture of board. Never opened, new in box. Then nothing. They shipped without authorization and I am waiting for credit. Have filed with credit card dispute and will contact NYAG office next
