Yes, what is the exchange policy on a unit bought in november 2015 and given as a gift at christmas 2015? i am concerned about the fire hazard.

Answer:

There is no exchange policy. You are stuck with it. They do not answer the phone nor reply to emails. They do not want to give refunds because they are probably going out of business very soon, as everyone is trying to do the same thing you are

I have the same complaint as everyone else. same story. was not delivered in time and also sent the wrong board. has anyone been successful on returning?

Answer:

I have not been successful in returning. I shipped the board back USPS to the Lynbrook address and also the one in shipping label in box. I got a couple random emails asking for a picture of board. Never opened, new in box. Then nothing. They shipped without authorization and I am waiting for credit. Have filed with credit card dispute and will contact NYAG office next

I ordered shoes for my grandson on 12/11/15. i never got an order confirmation but my credit card was charged. in two days i will have one very disappointed young man! help!

Hi I ordered shows from my daughter also on 12/11/15 as well and nothing. Only a order #. I am really pissed off!

Is hoverboard360 actually bulk ordering from imoto and reselling? is hoverboard360 a manufacturer rep that ships direct from manufacturer? i ordered hoverboard360 and received imoto.

Answer:

Macy's also sells the imoto brand. But they are also out of stock which is what I think happened to Hoverboard360. They not only didn't reveal the real product name they were selling but they kept selling products that were no longer in stock!
