If I try it and don't like it can I cancel it immediately. The reviews really mixed either they love it or seem to be receiving poor products. Seems either 1 star rating or a 5 so wanted to try it for my location.

Absolutely agree with the above response. Avoid this company. Looking at your account will unpause it-and you will magically receive a shipment with your "edited choices." Unethical company with horrible customer service.

You can NEVER cancel.

Once you sign up, you can always "pause" your account and -- based on some reviews here -- the company seems to occasionally ignore your request and ships (and charges you) anyway.

Based on my experience with their non-existent customer service, this is not the kind of company you want to give your credit card # to, as they appear to be unethical, and they are reluctant to honor their satisfaction guaranty.

I have mine on pause for now and have not had any issues. I was missing an ingredient once and they sent me a credit an get back with me quickly. I am out of the Atlanta area and the service is great from this location.
