Fed EX delivery of home chef is always late. I loved home chef but since the virus has always been late. Will home chef ever change delivery service?

If I try it and don't like it can I cancel it immediately. The reviews really mixed either they love it or seem to be receiving poor products. Seems either 1 star rating or a 5 so wanted to try it for my location.
