Have 3 meals that were delivered and would like to freeze meats since I will cook at later time. Is this okay if meat delivered was not frozen?

I wouldn't free them. Delivery services sometimes package a ship items 2-3 or more days in advance. I believe they are usually shipped frozen. If they have thawed, then you wouldn't want to refreeze them.
