What happened to our ideeli credit? before this changed to groupon i had over $100 worth of credit. now it has disappeared and is not in my account. how can groupon not issue the credit to us that is rightfully ours? why not issue it back to our credit cards.

I read that groupon purchased ideel in 2014, but when i contact groupon's customer service they know nothing about this or my ideel order. my ideel account can no longer be accessed to show past, pending orders or store credits. when i look up ideel online i am transferred to groupon's site. how is it possible that no one at groupon knows about this? has anyone received their orders placed in december 2015? have you been been able to contact ideel customer service? i've been a loyal customer since ideeli opened their online doors and to be treated this way is a huge disappointment.

I too am waiting for an order from ideel. i was told that i would not be charged until the order shipped, but my credit card on file was charged. now i cannot get a response to my emails. i have been an ideel customer since they went in business. groupon purchased ideel in 2014 and without any notice to ideel customers of the impending change/doom, ideel along with their customer support has disappeared. i would like to know what happens to non-receipt orders, store credits and refunds? unless, a company files bankruptcy their customers are entitled to a refund.

I am looking for my orders. this is crazy! i have been a loyal customer for years, and this is the service that you give in return. even being owned by groupon doesn't help. they state that the account was transferred. really? i sent and e-mail(as asked) and nothing. this should be reported to the bbb.
