I too am waiting for an order from Ideel. I was told that I would not be charged until the order shipped, but my credit card on file was charged. Now I cannot get a response to my emails. I have been an Ideel customer since they went in business. Groupon purchased Ideel in 2014 and without any notice to Ideel customers of the impending change/doom, Ideel along with their customer support has disappeared. I would like to know what happens to non-receipt orders, store credits and refunds? Unless, a company files bankruptcy their customers are entitled to a refund.
