I read that Groupon purchased Ideel in 2014, but when I contact Groupon's customer service they know nothing about this or my Ideel order. My Ideel account can no longer be accessed to show past, pending orders or store credits. When I look up Ideel online I am transferred to Groupon's site. How is it possible that no one at Groupon knows about this? Has anyone received their orders placed in December 2015? Have you been been able to contact Ideel customer service? I've been a loyal customer since Ideeli opened their online doors and to be treated this way is a huge disappointment.
