What should I do to get back vouchers that I bought but haven't redeemed yet from the list of My Groupons? When I get into the MY GROUPONS, it stated that "My orders-You have yet to make any Groupon purchase(s).", but actually I bought 3 vouchers already. They disappeared from the list after one month purchased. Please tell me what should I do to get them back by email to me (quikping@gmail.com)! Thanks in advance!

I don't understand why yours has disappeared because mine show redeemed and unredeemed vouchers contact customer service or go to your redeem vouchers and see if it went there sometimes when a voucher has not been used in a while or by the date it's moved off your front list

No fees. But be sure to check out "service-related" offers. Some are definitely terrible and do not give good service.

Contact Customer Service and explain your problem. They will help you get the vouchers on to your list and figure out what happened. My list includes ALL the vouchers I have ever bought (redeemed and unredeemed).

Groupon is a total scam. Nothing but issues both for their vendors and the ones that buy their stupid coupons. Go to Amazon Local if you want to be treated honestly.

Call Groupon. Tell them what vouchers you bought. They will help you out. I remember calling them once about going to my my groupons and one of them said used but it wasn't. They very pleasantly assisted me.

I have never had a problem with any groupon I have purchased. I just used a voucher today without any problems. There was one instance when I knew I was not going to be able to use my groupon and I went to my account, clicked on my groupings and asked for a refund. I'm sorry this has happened to you. Hopefully you will get it straightened out.

You might have made the purchase under a different email address of ID - I am sure that if you actually contact their support team they will help you find the vouchers.
