Before i give you my credit card, would like to know from what snacks i can order and the nutritional values of each of the snacks.

How can i cancel my card subscription to them

Answer:

Hi Cachy! Im sorry to hear that the option to cancel your recurring order flew a bit under the radar. You can cancel your recurring order by heading over to your orders page and selecting 'manage my recurring order': www.graze.com/us/orders From there, you will see the 'more options' drop down menu. At the very bottom of the list, you will see 'cancel this order.' Why does graze.com not have a customer service number and why do you continue to bill customers long after they cancelled their order?

Hi Amanda! As we're an online business, we feel that we can provide quicker and more efficient customer service via email. We're still a small team, and wouldn't want to keep anyone waiting on hold. Please be assured that if your recurring order has been successfully cancelled, we won't be able to bill for or send any future boxes. Question:

I signed up for the free box last night. and i went to my account to cancel the 2nd shipment so that i dont get charged, but i still want the free box. but it is saying if i cancel the 2nd shipment then it'll cancel my free box. will i have to keep my 2nd shipment and pay for it or can i cancel it like next week after my free box ships?

Hi Emily :) As we are a subscription service, we do ask that you set up a recurring order when you sign up to graze. We try to be as upfront about this as possible, but please keep in mind that you can cancel your recurring order at anytime, even after receiving your first free box! I would like to order more snickerdoodle pretzel dip. when trying to sign on to account my email is recognized, but is not recognized when recovering password. i have only ordered a sample for a dollar and cost of shipping. through getitfree.com, order number 040036180. it will not let me create new account, due to recognizing email. when i try to recover password it does not recognize email. help me to get this matter straightened out. thank you, eva beard

Yes i am trying to order my niece her free graze box for her baby shower on friday i have been trying all week i would appreciative your help i have to use my cc which i used on my order this shouldn't matter cause it's a gift she will become a customer of your i know when she tries your products

Hi Veronica! We do ask that you sign up to graze using a payment card, as this is a security measure that helps us protect against fraud. Unlike your name or address, your payment card details are a unique identifier and cannot be made up. Hi! i'm new to graze and haven't quite put my order through, but had a question. i'm a holistic health coach and while i realize not all chemicals can be avoided, i have to ask if your snacks are all natural? its not a make or break for me, but if some snacks are all natural, i didn't know if you could give me a list to go off of. thanks in advance!

To achieve this we scour the globe for the highest quality ingredients, with freshness, tastiness and quality as an absolute priority. Though we don't feature organic produce in our boxes, we are fervently against the use of genetically modified ingredients and are really proud to say that we avoid using artificial additives and preservatives in our snacks, wherever possible.
