I would like to order more snickerdoodle pretzel dip. When trying to sign on to account my email is recognized, but is not recognized when recovering password. I have only ordered a sample for a dollar and cost of shipping. Through getitfree.com, order number 040036180. It will not let me create new account, due to recognizing email. When I try to recover password it does not recognize email. Help me to get this matter straightened out.
