This is something they used to allow and stopped doing. It's no longer possible to redeem to a paypal account. All other methods take days at best.

You can add a checking acct. Or savings acct. To transfer to though, or even a credit card, so if you have a PayPal debit card you can transfer to your PayPal acct that way.

No idea. I wouldn't recommend buying their gift cards. Read my review.
