Hello, i just received a virtual card and have been going thru the process... name, address, etc. and i am unable to click on submit. it tells me: the following address is currently tied to this card. you will need to either keep this address or update the address to be able to purchase items online or over the phone. this address will need to be used as the billing address for the payment method. so i can't submit my visa card claim

I ordered a visa gift card for a special christmas present on 12/19. i received an email response right away: "your giftcards.com purchase is confirmed, and your order summary will be sent to your email address. invoice #1410652" i have not received an order summary or the card. however, the charge was posted to my credit card right away. when i phone 877-944-3822, i can't get past question #1, which asks for the card number. i don't know the number, of course, for obvious reasons. can you please help me? i can be reached at: 530-906-5061. thank you.
