I ordered a Visa gift card for a special Christmas present on 12/19. I received an email response right away: "Your GiftCards.com purchase is confirmed, and your order summary will be sent to your email address. Invoice #1410652" I have not received an order summary or the card. However, the charge was posted to my credit card right away. When I phone 877-944-3822, I can't get past question #1, which asks for the card number. I don't know the number, of course, for obvious reasons. Can you please help me?
