OK... I guess I made the wrong assumption. "What would you like to know about this online business," right? I thought I would be talking to the company (GiftCards.com) itself. Sorry. Here's my question: WHERE'S MY FRICKING MONEY? Who do I talk to to get them busted for fraud?
