You were right when you said you took a bet on ordering from Gearbest, and unfortunately you lost. I hope it wasn't a big dollar order and if by chance you do receive your order, there is an even bigger chance that it might work and if it does work, don't hold your breathe cuz it won't last for more than two or three days. Sorry, but your not the only one who gave hard earned money to this overseas scam.
Because this company is bogus and they will give you a false hope of delivery but will receive nothing even you paid already.
Hi Adam, i have ordered over 25 items and all were drones and never had a problem, there support is great i write a ticket and they answer with in one day i had minor issues and i called them at 1 917 621 0925 and they always answer and solved it; but you have to call after 10 pm from here in the USA,, YOU might have to try a few times but they do pick up, i give them ***** i hope this helped, Kevin
More order took a few weeks to get half the order. Then I had to submit a ticket to get a refund for the items not sent, though I still paid the extra shipping for those items.
The only way you'll actually get your item is by constantly blasting customer service with emails regards to your order. Other than that, your out off luck. I bet it can take a year.
I rather not to buy anything at gearbest, it is a waste of money, your order will not be delivered. Like what happen to mine, it took me 50 days waiting for nothing and my money is not refunded
