Question:

Hi, i would like to try like 1 meal initially to see if i would like to buy more. is it possible to do this? supposing i don't care for them.

Answer:

Hi Rene, Thanks for your question! I'm afraid at this time we don't have a way to send out just one meal, only because our packaging is specifically created to hold the set amount of meals, and ice packs needed for each Meal Plan. However, what you can do is take advantage of one of our promotions (like our Facebook promotion- https://get.freshly.com/fb-6for39-nf2week), to receive a discount on your first order. You can skip future weeks as soon as you complete sign up, and you can cancel the subscription as early as when your first order ships! Then, if you do decide you'd like to receive more meals, you can simply reactivate. I hope this information helps!

Question:

Is this only for folks who want to lose weight? my son is a firefighter at a station that's really busy..no time for cooking...a gift on my part

Answer:

Hi Mrs. D! Thanks so much for your question! Our meals aren't designed for weight loss, specifically, but some customers do experience weight loss. Typically this is because our portions are not the typical American restaurant larger-than-life portions, and are healthier than what they were eating most of the time prior to ordering. Our meals generally range from 450-600 calories, and you can view a full nutritional breakdown for each meal by clicking on the meal pictures on our menu: freshly.com/on-the-menu I hope this helps!

Question:

What is the sodium level in these meals

Answer:

Hi Donna, Thanks for your question! We just lowered the overall sodium content (with a goal of 600mg per meal, on average), and plan to start introducing some specifically low-sodium meals in the future as well. In the meantime, you can also view a full nutritional breakdown by clicking on the meal pictures on our menu: freshly.com/on-the-menu I hope this helps!

Answer:

Hi Bobbie, Thank you for your question! It sounds like your friend may have had this meal frozen. If you've had them in your refrigerator, or if they were defrosted at the time they were given to you I would not suggest eating this particular meal. My apologies! I hope this helps, and if you have any further questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to us at Support@Freshly.com/1 (844) 373-7459!
