Thanks for your question! I'm afraid at this time we don't have a way to send out just one meal, only because our packaging is specifically created to hold the set amount of meals, and ice packs needed for each Meal Plan.

However, what you can do is take advantage of one of our promotions (like our Facebook promotion- https://get.freshly.com/fb-6for39-nf2week), to receive a discount on your first order. You can skip future weeks as soon as you complete sign up, and you can cancel the subscription as early as when your first order ships! Then, if you do decide you'd like to receive more meals, you can simply reactivate.
