Hi Cheryl, Thanks for your question! All of our plans are set up as weekly recurring orders, per the site and the Terms & Conditions. It's a no-obligation subscription, though, so you can cancel anytime as needed, or skip weeks if necessary. To do either action you'll just visit the Meal Planner pages and click the appropriate button next to your listed subscription. Very easy, and no fee for doing so. You just need to do it early enough, before the automatic charge will go through on your weekly deadline (we outline this in the confirmation email, on Meal Planner pages, and in weekly reminder emails). Let us know if you have further questions!
Hi Paulette, Thanks for your question! If you head to our website (Freshly.com) you can enter your zip code to see upcoming delivery days in your area. Future delivery days would be scheduled for the same day each week, but you can make changes as necessary! If we can help in any way feel free to give us a call at 1 (844) 373-7459, Live Chat us from our website, or send us an email at Support@Freshly.com!
Hi Gregory, Thanks for your question! We recommend refrigerating the meals, but you can certainly freeze them to make them last past the stamped use-by dates! You simply need to add a couple of minutes to the heating time and reheat from frozen, without thawing. We recommend confirming that the food is reheated to 165 degrees, the same as reheating from fresh! I hope this helps!
Hi Jean! Thanks for reaching out! Since we cook the meals and ship them without using chemical/artificial preservatives, they do have a shorter refrigerated shelf life. Typically the "use by" date on the meals is about 4-5 days from the ship date. You can certainly freeze them to make them last far longer, you'll just want to heat for two minutes prior to following the package heating directions if heating from frozen! I hope this helps!

Hi Chase! Thanks for reaching out! Our meals aren't designed for weight loss, specifically, but some customers do experience weight loss. Typically this is because our portions are not the typical restaurant larger-than-life portions, and are more balanced than what they were eating most of the time prior to ordering.:) We just always recommend/urge that potential customers using our meals for weight loss benefits speak to their doctor first, to be sure they would be getting the proper nutrition for their dietary needs!
