If I cancel my subscription do my future guests still retain their reservations and do I receive the revenue from those bookings in the normal manner?

I want to know why the owners can't have a better way of communication with Flipkey staff?? YOU are a business and this is not the way a business should be run. If you want to make money, treat the owner's (your way of making money) with some consideration, respect and ability to confer they have issues!!!
