Contrate un departamento en Roma desde el 8 hasta el 12 de julio de 2016, hace varios meses. Reserva BR 19978799. Direccion: Clivo delle Mura Vaticane 23 Palazzo B Interno 13, a nombre de Francesca Macho. Al llegar, no habia nadie para recibirnos. Le requiero me entregue el dinero que le pague por la reserva, por el mismo sistema que realice la reserva.

I want to know why the owners can't have a better way of communication with Flipkey staff?? YOU are a business and this is not the way a business should be run. If you want to make money, treat the owner's (your way of making money) with some consideration, respect and ability to confer they have issues!!!
