Flighthub made a mistake with the with the quote of the change of our ticket. after the change flighthub demanded $1300. 00 on top of the $1400. 00 that we paid. they do not want to admid to their mistake. they want me to pay for their mistake.

I was booking air tickets from vancouver to sydeny. searching results showed lowest price from vancouver to xiamen then from xiament to sydney. however, after input dates, all personal information including credit card information and going through all the options, then confirm and book, it popped up saying one or more trip is not available. why won't it advise at the searching stage? now do i know if my credit card was going to be charged or not? how do i know if my personal information are secured or not? trying to call in customer help line, at beginning it said waiting time about 12 minutes, now saying it will be over 15 minutes. still on hold... please advise.

Yes, i booked a flight thru flight hub on 05/25/16 booking number 012-720-751. i received my credit card statement this am and noticed a 25.90 charge. i have to assume this is a booking fee. no where in my reservation process did i see a booking fee charge. i call the number and was informed to send billing inquiries to just fly.com. now i am really confused. this is a business trip and my expenses are audited by a committee. i need something upfront instead of showing up on my credit card statement as a surprise charge. i will no longer be using your service because you did not inform me of this charge. it should have been on my original booking statement and not a stand alone expense.?

I booked a flight on saturday received confirmation and shows reservation is booked i have a record locator with united... my credit card shows payment is pending does this mean the price that i agreed to will not be subject for an increase and is locked in? also there is also another charge on my credit card from flight hub for $25.90 is that a booking fee?

I made a reservation and had to make changes by removing 4passengers from the booking, requesting a cancellation email confirmation... booking number 00107441 should be for 3 travellers and not 5. why can't this be done?
