I booked a flight on Saturday received confirmation and shows reservation is booked I have a record locator with United... my credit card shows payment is pending does this mean the price that I agreed to will not be subject for an increase and is locked in? Also there is also another charge on my credit card from Flight hub for $25.90 is that a booking fee?
