I was booking air tickets from Vancouver to Sydeny. Searching results showed lowest price from Vancouver to Xiamen then from Xiament to Sydney. However, after input dates, all personal information including credit card information and going through all the options, then confirm and book, it popped up saying one or more trip is not available. Why won't it advise at the searching stage? Now do I know if my credit card was going to be charged or not? How do I know if my personal information are secured or not? Trying to call in customer help line, At beginning it said waiting time about 12 minutes, now saying it will be over 15 minutes. Still on hold... Please advise.
