do you make fitted sheets for Calif. King Beds? in white and ivory (off white)...what cost? and what are standard pillowcase costs? Shipping costs

As far as shipping costs go, if the order is over $150 shipping is free, finally standard pillowcases cost 24.95-26.95 each depending on the fabric
