We were never able to speak with anyone and no emails we're responded to. I ended up canceling my daughters debit card, closing her account and starting over. Good luck, I would take an alternate route. Sadly I am glad my daughter learned this lesson ealry, she researchs her purchases now.
I have only had lovely experiences with them. Have you tried Facebook or Instagram?
Hi Kimberley they are unbelievably bad in every way, I am surprised they are still in business. Even when you get to speak to someone they just try to talk you out of unsubscribing which is the sole purpose of your call! I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I ever got involved with the company, I won't make the same mistake again.
Kimberly, I wish you well, as no matter what I select, even unsubscribe I find all takes you back to the home page to sign in. I stopped before I gave my payment info and went and wrote this review. I still get emails and when I go to unsubscribe to not receive them any more... you guessed it, it takes me back to the home page to sign in. I will not, nor have I bothered to call.
