Please know that member credits will expire twelve (12) months following issuance. No worries, we send email reminders to inform you that your credits are almost expiring. Your member credits should automatically apply to your cart on any orders of $59.95 USD or above. Member credits are non-breakable and can only be applied in full amount or to one regular, VIP-priced item. However, we occasionally have sales that allow the use of credits for the promotion. You can always review the terms and conditions of the sale if you want to know if credits can be applied.

Just had this happen to me. Apparently the member credits expire after 12 months. No refunds. Just straight up steal your money. I cancelled immediately after.
