I'm pretty happy with the service and prices. I don't have to go through hassles getting my prescription verified or anything like that. They verified it within a business day.The prices are reasonable and they ship your contacts free. Regardless if you only buy one box.
Sunglasses never delivered. Ring Doorbell always works and shows video of drivers dropping off packages nearly everyday. I immediately emailed customer support and communicated the same. They sent a reply asking me to ask my neighbors if they have my package. What a strange, unpractical response to my email. I don't have time to knock on 20 doors introducing myself and asking them if they have my package. They stated they would have to research this case before refunding my credit card and said it would take 2 weeks. Unacceptable. They can reverse the sale, then file a claim with their carrier. It's not my problem that your vendor can't figure out how to drop off a package to my front door. Like I said, Amazon does it nearly every, for years, and gets it right 99% of the time. I'll never buy from a small channel like EZContacts again. Lesson learned.

Don't buy from EZCONTACTS. I ordered two pair of frames, and have been charged for both, and still no glasses. I would be fine with this, except that the site said the frames would be two to three days. Customer service has been slow or unresponsive. First set said to have shipped, but no tracking info and no glasses. I still don't know when or if I'll get the second set I paid for, and they didn't bother to even expedite shipping. Just stay away.
I've ordered contracts using EZContacts several times. Each time, I spoke to a representative who was friendly and knowledgeable. The order process was easy and the requested contacts shipped quickly.
The packaging prevented damage and the contacts arrived on-time and without any damage.
I trust that using EZContacts will result in getting the right contacts at a great price without errors. What more can you ask for? This works for me every time.

I paid extra for 2 day shipping. That item said in stock. I was going on vacation for two weeks, and that Is i wanted the sun glasses. Contacted customer service they said I could cancel the order or pick another pair. I did not receive the product for 3 weeks. There was no offer to reimburse me for the 2 day upcharge. That is ridiculous when the website stated it was in stock. Not happy at all.
Love the glasses and support was good. Only issue was overall processing time. Took nearly a month to receive.
There was a bit of a wait for the availability of the frame I chose. That was communicated immediately which I appreciated. Customer support was stellar! Once they began filling the prescription, the process moved quickly. Delivery was right on time as promised and they did a flawless job! I will be ordering sunglasses next. It's a great place to go for authentic designer frames without spending a mint. Love them!
After 6 weeks, I contacted customer service about the status of my order. Amazingly, contacts had been on back order and just in stock that very day! Also, check details carefully- while other companies sell 6 contacts in a box, these only contained 3. Never even thought I'd have to check that. Will not use again.
How it possible that this company has such a high rating? Possible fake reviews by the company? Look at the better business bureau reviews. Run from this company. I purchased frames. They charged me. Never mailed anything. When I contacted them, they said it was on back order. After contacting them a second time, they said sorry it has been beyond 90 days. So no refund, but here is 30% off lense add ons. So you want me to buy something else after you failed to deliver the product? WOW! Don't just take my word, look at the better business review site on the number of complaints. Horrible company.

I called, placed an order for contacts, gave my CC# and got off the phone, thinking my order was placed. I found out later that evening that the person taking my order, did not put in correct CC#, so my order did not go thru. Long story short, I asked for a discount for my troubel and was told i could only get 10%. EZ contacts is now giving 15% off, so I am pissed I even ordered at all!
The only problem was that the website promised shipping within 5-7 days of order And it actually took 2 weeks. Other than that, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
I bought persols to replace a pair that I had for years and lost. Unfortunately, after only a few weeks of wear, a screw has come loose that led to the sunglasses completely coming apart. The left and right lens are completely detached from each other. Nothing happened to spur this, just normal wearing. Since I had this exact repair for 3 years prior, I know that they are high quality sunglasses, so I am very disappointed that these did not hold up for the same level.
Paid extra for next day shipping, still arrived late. Contacted someone to add on to my shipment maybe 10 minutes after placing and half of that still hasn't shipped and it's been 3 months. Sent to wrong person. I mean, it's just been a terrible experience.

Great service; got my Prada eye glasses for a great price and they were exactly as expected. I already knew this frame looked good on me, so that made the process a bit easier. The blue blocking lens are nice; clean easily and fairly thin. Sent a cleaner spray with it too! Shipping takes about two weeks from your the day you place your order if you do the free shipping. Overall I'd recommend this buisness.
I've ordered from other online contact sites in the past, lured in by low prices and free shipping, only to find that when reordering that the prices have gone up and exorbitant handling charges added. I like the straight forward prices with no hidden fees. Will definitely be a returning customer.

The glasses were in perfect condition. I have ordered a couple glasses from here. They usually bring a case and a spray to clean the glasses but this time they didn't.That was unexpected and a bit disappointing because you look foward to that detailed surprise. The reason why I order with EZContacts. The glasses were still in perfect condition and look great. Shipping was a good time. (About 2 weeks).
Ordered sunglasses from EZContacts, do not waste your money or time, horrible experience, ordered Sept 19 and got my glasses on October 8th, they close 10 days for "holiday" without letting the customer know, no one ever answers the phone and when you try to send an email there is always a pop up window that says, system error try again, now i know why their prices are cheaper, please buy regular price anywhere but DO NOT buy anything from this piece of crap website!
I ordered my glasses on March 13th and received my product on April 1st. They came with two separate cloths and an awesome little screwdriver that can go on your keychain, which I find to be super nice because my old glasses constantly needed tightened and I didn't have a small enough screwdriver. The product fits and looks as it does online. I love my glasses.
