Hi Everyone! I just finished dealing with a nightmare situation with this company- I suggest you all save yourselves the headache, if you can, and completely avoid this site! I know- I know! The deals seem good- the selection seems good- it calls to you. Don't let it! It's BS!
About a month ago I complied an order with a phone, a memory card, a charm and a handbag.
After 10 days of no activity on my order (which was paid for in full by the way) I submitted a help ticket asking why my products had not been shipped to me. I was informed that the products I had purchased were no longer in stock, despite the website saying they were in-stock and ready to ship, and could I pick some more items, which begrudgingly I did.
After I noticed a price difference in my favor and asked for a refund of the balance to my Paypal account, I was informed that the original items I had ordered were now in stock, and if there was any way I could stick with my original order that would be great. So, I say sure- as long as you send me what I paid for and send it ASAP! Apparently, over in Beijing "ASAP" means "Wait 5 more days and then we'll send it."
Naturally, at this point I am getting very frustrated. At THIS point I find sites like site jabber telling me to stay away, when I should have stayed away before.
Everbuying, in my experience, is not a professional, reliable or legitimate business. Don't waste your time, money or energy looking for a cheap wholesaler in this site- all you will get are headaches.
I order some accessories together with 2 mobile phones last End December 2012, expecting to arrive me within 1 or 2 months since i am a good patience man. Eventually the 2 mobile arrived me 1 month later but not the accessories. I send message to their RMA service centre they respond to ask to pay for USD2 as shipping costs? I told them who made the mistake who pay for it, finally they asked to be patience and they promised to send to me, at the same time to close the RMA unprofessionally. Finally waited until now the items still pending and the goods didn't arrived me until today - April 04,2013. Today I served them a final solution to either send the goods to me immediately or refund me the money.!
In conclusion, the everybuying on line is good but they engaged the wrong person(s) to work for them, this is a real great disaster to all customers I dare to comment here.
EverBuing doesn't receive cancel request. After 4 days you may go to Paypal site. There click "help" option and write a mail to Paypal customer care. You may request for cancel payment to EverBuying. Paypal will start inquiry against EverBuying and if they found the EverBuying hasn't dispatched your item, then Paypal will decide in favor of you and your amount will refund to your Bank A/C. Or you can cancel through your Credit card company by stop payment.
If your product hasn't arrived yet and you paid through PayPal, get your money back NOW. PayPal has a 45 day limit on disputing claims, and Everbuying will try to make you wait past the deadline so that PayPal won't help you anymore. They tried to do it to me, and they've done it to a lot of other people. Seriously: go to PayPal ASAP.
I ordered something (a smart phone) that never came, too. It took a while to get a refund--and I think posting negative reviews to goad them into doing anything unfortunately helped spur then into action--but I did eventually, finally get a refund. Will never get the time back I spent getting it, though.
I just place my order on this site for android but didnt finish my payment yet because i couldnt check the McAfee Secure. And now i'm afraid to continue my order after read this reviews. Thanks for sitejabber.com :)

I ordered cell phone $100, its not working good. Making alot of loud noise. Seller ask me to send it back for exchange. Shipping will cost $80 to me. I paid in full for product. They send me bad product.
I don't want to pay $80 to send back for their bad product. This is not my fault.
What should I do? How.? Is there any law to protect customer?
Man i talked so much on this sight about these china based companies, all i got left is,

FIDO FOR GOOD PLANS AND PHONES- ------WALMART FOR BLACKBERRY TABLETS 118.00 OR A LOWER END THATS GOING TO LAST MORE THAN A MINUTE.
I ordered 3 Iphone charger cords on April 17/2013... That was when they received my money. I got a paypal email for the purchase but nothing from everbuying.com. It is now May 19th 2013 and I still can not contact this friggen company. I tried phoning. Auto Chinese answer (one word which makes no sense) I tried email support, but it is always down and never sends after I filled everything out :(. . I presume I got taken buy this Chinese scam company. I have never had problems with companies from Asia through eBay. This was my first direct order... Lesson learned I guess :(
