I got a power bank case charger for my Samsung galaxy S5 and it the case is not charging it says to use the charger that came with my phone but its not working I tried to contact everbuying but no OK be seems to answer or contact me back what should I do

Dont buy anymore from everbuying most of product are faulty n they don't have a good service with their customer

Nothing works from these people especially mobile phones, chargers, batteries, etc, etc, etc. When you do get an answer back from them and you can wait anything up to a week or more (I did) they will ask you to send it back but you will have to pay the shipping costs signed delivery which is costly.

This Everbuying lot are just crooks and cowboys selling sub standard and rubbish goods.

My advice to you is if you think its worth while send the lot including the phone back to them for a refund because let me tell you guaranteed you will also start having trouble with the phone very shortly (I did)...

This Everbuying.com have been many names in the past. On this Sitejabber are highly inflated recommendations about their good service and products its false reports.

Learn a very valuable lesson from this experience...

The truth here is: you got scammed by a company that is known for selling garbage. Hopefully you paid with PayPal and hopefully you did not wait too long for your package, because Everbuying likes to make you wait 45 days so that PayPal will not refund your money. 45 days is PayPal's cutoff for handling disputes. After that, you have to deal with Everbuying only, and good luck getting a proper refund after that. If you get anything at all, they will make you pay shipping.

If it has been less than 45 days, contact PayPal IMMEDIATELY and get your money back. It kind of sucks to have to do that, but otherwise you will just get cheated. Trust me. Do it NOW.

I ended up waiting three month after my warranty expired. Then I had to send everything back and I waited another three months before they even sent the phoneand headset back. They never sent my sd card at all. I had to pay for the return shipping. They are 12 hours ahead of us so if you call them after 5 central time they should answer.

Am afraid you will have to wait a looong time to get your answrer and after you answer back again you will have to wait. And if its broken... pfff i feel sorry for you :) they will brake your nerves and you will wish you buy it from A store and pay more... it happend with the sAme

The staff from EB usually answers in 24 hours or a little more, how long have you waited?

They probably are thinking about how to negotiate something with you, because they will lose more money on the shipment then the value of the item, is going to take sometime but they will answer. Sorry.
