If you called or emailed us and are expecting a call back that you have not yet received, please send us your order ID or tag number and we can have someone get back to you as soon as possible. In regards to our online renewal process, we issue your updated registration card and year sticker once you have submitted your order online. You will have access to the digital copy of your registration card within minutes of placing your order. Your registration will ship the same or next business day and typically arrives in 2 to 5 business days if shipped within the state or up to 7 business days if shipped out of state. Hi Jennifer, thanks for your question. If you are renewing in California or Maryland where we are licensed by the state, you would receive proof of registation within a few minutes of you successfully completing your renewal order with us. If your order is placed on hold for any reason, you would receive notification on the reason and how to resolve it before getting access to the digital proof of registration. In Florida where we operate as a courier service, your vehicle and owner information must first be reviewed by an agency licensed by the state. If your tags can be renewed, you will have access to your proof of registation within a few hours of the successful completion of your order. Hi Jorge, thanks for your question. It depends on the state you are in and how long ago the ticket was issued. If the ticket is Not delinquent, you can renew without issue and pay the ticketing authority directly in Floria, California, and Maryland. If the ticket is delinquent, you would pay the ticket along with your registration fee at the time you renew if you are in California. In Florida and Maryland, a hold or flag would be placed on your registration which means you cannot renew and you must pay the delinquent ticket first before you can renew. If you are renewing with us California or Maryland, the electronic copy is available for download within a few minutes of you completing your order on the website. If you are renewing with is in Florida, the electronic copy, or eTag, is available within 6 business hours of the order being successfully processed.
