If you called or emailed us and are expecting a call back that you have not yet received, please send us your order ID or tag number and we can have someone get back to you as soon as possible. In regards to our online renewal process, we issue your updated registration card and year sticker once you have submitted your order online. You will have access to the digital copy of your registration card within minutes of placing your order. Your registration will ship the same or next business day and typically arrives in 2 to 5 business days if shipped within the state or up to 7 business days if shipped out of state.
