If i were to have something custom made, how long does it take to ship to the u.s.?

Answer:

I ordered four items and customized all four. I think it took them about 3-4 weeks to come in, but I didn't mind because I knew I had chosen to customize all of them (sleeves, neckline, hem length, etc). They emailed me multiple times with progress updates, and I got everything in without any problems. Everything was exactly as advertised and fit me perfectly (I'm short and curvy and have trouble finding clothes usually), so it was worth the wait to me.

They have many fabric options that change seasonally, so as a shopper, I check back regularly to see what they have.

Do you deliver to u.s. apo and dpo (army and diplomatic post office) addresses, for americans who serve in the military and the foreign service?

Sorry, we do not ship to PO Box / APO destination. Request you to place an order with us using an alternate physical address. Thank you!

On the website it says delivery takes from about 13-17 days after placing the order, does this include weekends too or only business days?

Answer:

It took mine only 9 days total to arrive. I just ordered at the end of Feb and got it March 9. I would not worry too much about the time! I think it must count weekends.
