I ordered a custom dress on March 21,2023 and I've yet to receive it. The expected delivery date was April 9,2023 and it is now May 08,2023.

I ordered four items and customized all four. I think it took them about 3-4 weeks to come in, but I didn't mind because I knew I had chosen to customize all of them (sleeves, neckline, hem length, etc). They emailed me multiple times with progress updates, and I got everything in without any problems. Everything was exactly as advertised and fit me perfectly (I'm short and curvy and have trouble finding clothes usually), so it was worth the wait to me.
